My Vivoactive 3 is doing exactly the same - I can get sleep data and sync activities when I plug it into a laptop and sync that way - but through the iphone it does not sync correctly . It has been happening for about a week now .
I have tried deleting connect app and reinstalling it - switching watch off and then re-pairing it with phone and non of those worked .
I have an Approach S62.
It seems to be ok now. I had synced with the computer a couple of times. Re-installed the app a couple of times. Re-established the bluetooth connection a few times. Now it seems back to normal. But a very hit and miss process.
Hello! Are you getting the same error as above in the screen shot above from the original poster? If so, with your permission I would like to reach out to you and gather more information so we investigate this.
