Can't pair my Garmin watch to my iPhone

Vivoactive 4S and can't pair it to my iPhone

I have tried this multiple times & it has not worked for me. When I try to repair the watch with the app it won’t complete the set up.

These steps and videos seem to be the most helpful to fix this issue.
- In the Garmin Connect app remove Garmin - More > Garmin Devices > select your Garmin device > Remove Device
- On your iPhone…

Hey there! Can you try these steps for me:

Plug the device into the computer and sync with Garmin Express

Once it's finished, unplug the device and an update may go through.

Open the Garmin Connect…

My Garmin Fenix 6 also hasn’t been syncing with my iPhone for the last 6 weeks or so. Latest software installed on both; disconnected and connected again through the app - and all the other suggestions on this page. It says it’s connected and notifications go through but it will not sync unless I use a cable with my computer.

Thankyou! This worked perfectly. It’s basically just registering/activating the device. This information should be on page 1 of the manual, not in a forum. I almost returned this device.

Since the last update four or five days ago my Forerunner 45S loses connection within walking about 10’ away from my phone. All day at home and work it chimes Connected .... Not Connected

Before this it was working beautifully.

Thanks so much for this video. Was just what I was looking for after spending 2 days trying to figure out why I couldn't get my emails, why I was getting duplicate entries on the venue 2s, no weather info, etc.

Same here (vivomove Style - iPhone 11pro in my case).

Applied all reset- and re-pairing tipps but no success. Tried different iPhone, same trouble. Both iPhones on iOS 15.0.2..

Fitbit pairs nicely btw…
Interestingly: it seems to work with Android. Very strange, Garmin!

Hello.
I’m trying to pair my watch with my new iPhone 11. But when I have to tap the 6 numbered code, there aren’t any keyboard coming up. How am I suppose to enter the code???
I’ve tried to remove and reinstall the app, but that didn’t help me.
