Garmin Connect Frozen on iPhone

Hello,

My iPhone XR did the latest update last night. On opening the Garmin Connect App this morning it is stuck on the "running man screen". I am not able to close the App at all, nor am i able to turn off the phone because the "running man" screen is not allowing any of my controls to be visible or accessed. does any one have any ideas on how to resolve this, its been like this for 90 mins.

I have the same problem, have to shut down GC and restart each day.

I’ve had this issue for around a week now. The only way I’ve been able to get around it is to turn off Bluetooth on my phone, open the Garmin Connect App, and then it complains about no Bluetooth and goes to the main screen after I close that complaint.

hope this is addressed in an update soon.

I have had exactly the same problem now for about four days. Incredibly frustrating! Big thanks to briandela for the tip about turning bluetooth on and off, but it needs to be fixed at source. I did wonder if Garmin Connect was down again, but all services were showing as running.

This seems to be resolved now; at least for me. I haven’t needed to do the workaround of turning off Bluetooth for a few days now.

Hello! We released an update to correct this issue. Can you be sure to update the app and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.
