I just got my watch, I had one before and it acts like it’s paired to that one but my phone says it’s not paired with any and my watch just shows a watch face with the Garmin app trying to connect and I can’t get anywhere

  • These steps and video seems to be the most helpful to fix this issue.

    • In the Garmin Connect app remove all Garmin devices - More > Garmin Devices > select each Garmin device > Remove Device
    • On your iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth > select each Garmin device  > Forget This Device
    • If you have any other phones or mobile devices still paired with the Garmin, also do the same on that phone for each Garmin device - Settings > Bluetooth > select each Garmin device > Forget This Device
    • Restart iPhone
    • Restart Garmin device
    • Place Garmin device in pairing mode. On the vivocative 3 hold the touchscreen, and select Settings > Phone > Pair Phone
    • Pair using Garmin Connect. Do not try to pair using Bluetooth settings on your phone.
