Activities not syncing (iOS 14.3)

I can’t upload my activities from Garmin Edge 520 to Garmin Connect since iOS 14.3 update. I tried unpairing and restarting both the iPhone and Garmin, I‘ve also reinstalled Garmin Connect, but it didn’t work. Any advice?
