Not syncing

Since I have updated my iPhone the app isn’t syncing. Can this be resolved without deleting the app a losing all data? 

  • Did you switch phones or just update the iOS? Make sure you're using the same Garmin account as you were before the iPhone update. Not necessary to delete the app. For syncing issues you can try this procedure:

    • Remove Garmin device from Garmin Connect App (More > Garmin Devices)
    • "Forget" Garmin device in iPhone settings > Bluetooth
    • Reboot iPhone
    • Place your Garmin device in Bluetooth pairing mode. Check your manual, as this varies per model
    • Pair using Garmin Connect
