How do I export my run and or find the files to export

Export using Garmin Connect Web

• Go to your activities page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities
• Open the activity you want to export by clicking on the title
• Click the gear icon (top right corner)
• Select the format you want to export

Export Original will download the file in the same format you synced it originally. Usually a .fit file.

Alternatively, you can find the files on your Garmin device, assuming they exist, as eventually the device fills up and older files get overwritten.

• With your Garmin device connected to your computer
• Open the drive associated with your device.
• Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
