Unidirectional synch?

Hi guys,

I have had a run today and forgot to stop the activity when completing it. I have recognized this 200 Meter later in my cool-down. When being back in my car I went into the Connect app und adjusted the length of the run from 8,3 to 8,1 km. Now, the app is correctly showing the 8,1 while my watch (Forerunner 245) is still displaying the 8,3 km. I assume then that the activity-synch is only unidirectional (watch —> app, but not app —> watch) - is this correct? Or do I have some kind of synch issue?

That is correct. The source of truth is going to be Garmin Connect, since that is more of a permanent online record.
