My Garmin 245 music won’t connect to Bluetooth.

I've turned it off and on multiple times. Turned off the phone too. It worked on New Years Day and didn’t work yesterday and today. It’s says make sure it’s in range and it is!

Subject says 245, image says Forerunner 645 Music, so assuming that's what you have. These steps and video seems to be the most helpful to fix this issue.

Remove Forerunner 645 from Garmin Connect App (More > Garmin Devices)
"Forget" Forerunner 645 in iPhone settings > Bluetooth
Reboot iPhone and the watch
Place 645 in pairing mode. Hold LIGHT, and select the phone icon to manually enter pairing mode
Pair using Garmin Connect
