My walks aren’t syncing with a walking challenge? It says I’ve done 0 miles? I’m not sure if I’m missing something?

Steps and intensity minutes is a different issue from what is discussed here.

Restart your device.

No issues with Garmin Connect.

Steps in weekly challenges is a different issue than what is being discussed here.

My guess is that the new year might cause some issues. Just stay calm. Wait or report to support.

It is very hard to solve issues when there are at least 3 different issues in the same thread. Start a new or find a thread with the same issue and continue the discussion there.

Your issue are unrelated to the issue with the walking distance and it is very unlikely that they have the same cause or solution.

Sorry for being a bit rude.

If you take a look in the Android forum there are several reports of issues with the weekly challenges. The challenges are not related to iOS or Android so it might be hard to find. They should rather be moved to the Garmin Connect Web forum.

Mine too, total for week in challenge list is zero, others now above are ok. Irritating isn’t it?

I’ve had the same problem and now my daily steps are recorded as 0

I am having the same problem and now my steps are recording as 0 on the weekly challenge even though they are correct on ‘my day’.

Same. And I restarted my device, re-synched device and app. Changed walk settings to everyone. Still zero steps in weekly challenge that I was winning by 40k steps!
