My Forerunner 30 died mid run and I can’t find my run now.

My watch died at 5.92 miles. I’ve charged it, turned it on and off again a few times, synced it, connected it to my laptop etc. but my run isn’t showing. Can anyone help?

Try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web...

With your Garmin device connected to your computer
Open the drive associated with your device.
Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
Drag and drop the file on to the Garmin Connect Import Data page.

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.
