Suddenly having trouble connecting with my pad. Why

I have a visio heartsmart+.  I'm suddenly having trouble connecting.  It keeps going out of blue tooth and I've been having trouble syncing.  It also won't pair with my tablet

  • Unfortunately, there are many possible reasons, and it is impossible to tell you why it is happening to you. You can try to find it yourself if you follow the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide.

  • visio heartsmart+

Assume you have a vivosmart HR+ and you have an iPad (unless "pad" is something else)? You posted on the android forum. I've now moved this thread to the iOS forum. Regardless, many of the steps in the link posted by , will also work on the iOS app for iPad.

These steps and video seems to be the most helpful to fix this issue for the iOS app.

    • Remove vivosmart HR from Garmin Connect App (More > Garmin Devices)
    • "Forget" vivosmart HR in iPad settings > Bluetooth
    • Restart  iPad
    • Place the vivosmart HR in pairing mode - Hold the device key to view the menu, then select the Bluetooth icon, then select Pair Smartphone
    • Pair using the Garmin Connect app. Do not use iPad settings to pair.
