Scheduled workouts do not sync to watch

Scheduled workouts created in Garmin Connect do not sync to watch (Fenix 5 Plus). The same with workouts from TrainingPeaks. The issue started end of Nov. Garmin support has not been helpful at all. Anybody had similar issues? Able to solve?

Yes! I’ve had same issue but unable to solve.

If I ‘schedule’ the workout it syncs... weird
