'FileTransferError DataNotDownloadable''

Out of the blue I got 'FiletransferError DataNotDownloadable' this morning. My acivities yesterday synced without a problem. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

Try a manual upload of your activity to Garmin Connect

With your Garmin device connected to your computer
Open the drive associated with your device.

Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

Drag and drop the file on to the Garmin Connect Import Data page.

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.

2020-12-20-08-37-37.zipI didn't get any message when uploading but it looked fine. I could see all the details of the workout without a problem.

Reading the steps you listed I didn't see what to do when the import was complete but the issue still unresolved. What should I do?

Update: after disconnecting the watch from my pc, completely closing the app and rerun the synch everything seems to work just fine. The stress and sleep details which were missing earlier today now simply appeared
