Does anybody know why? My connect is working and all set up with my garmin, however when I go onto the iq app through connect it’s not allowing me to download anything as it’s saying I don’t have a device.

The forerunner 235. I’ve used the app before, but I’ve had to reset and reconnect my watch and now it’s just not working.
Is the 235 showing as connected in Garmin Connect? More > Garmin Devices > Forerunner 235 should say "Connected."
