An activity on Garmin last Sunday did not upload to Strava.

An activity on my Garmin last Sundsy did not upload on Strava even after syncing successfully several times after the incident.

How do I upload a past activity from Garmin or Garmin Connect into Strava? I need that activity for this month’s Challenge on Strava.

Is there a way to manually export the activity from Garmin or Garmin Connect into a paid version of Strava. FYI, I have a Garmin Edge 1030 Plus and an iPhone with IOS version 14.2.

From a computer export the activity from Garmin Connect Web Activities
Open the activity by clicking on the title of it
Click the cog wheel (top right corner of screen), then select Export Original

The file will be downloaded as a zip file. Uncompress the file so that you see the .fit file. Then import into strava
