Move garmin connect activity (manually added) to the watch

Want to add a missed run to Garmin Forerunner 645 music. Added it manually in Garmin connect but can’t seem to be able to synchronize it with the watch. Any tips? Thanks!

If you missed the run and did not record it with a Garmin device, you cannot put it back on the Forerunner. It has to be an actual FIT file that was recorded with a Garmin device, not a manually created activity. Or maybe I don't understand what you're trying to do?

A runner walk that his manually created, contact does not synchronize back to the watch. There really is no reason to have it on the watch as all activities are only transiently stored there. Once the maximum number of activity files had been created the older ones are replaced with new ones.
