IOS replys for instinct

I see a lot of mentions about not being able to set up text responses for my instinct which suck because I just want to be able to send: "im running will respond when done"
Is this blocked by apple and is there a workaround? Thanks for you time guys

No workaround ... Apple has not provided an API for 3rd party apps to send messages.

Thought so thanks for clarifying they want you to buy an apple watch should be illegal to do so but thats just my 2ct. On the flipside it keeps apple product the most secure and well developed.
