Garmin Vivoactive Not tracking Intensity Minutes

Since the last Software Update to version 5.10 (around beginning of November 2020) my Garmin Vivoactive 4 has stopped tracking Intensity Minutes.

I have tried my best to scroll though all options/settings to see if I have accidentally disabled this feature but to no avail. I have also done two factory resets and reset my heart rates zones and still this hasn't resolved the issue.

Hoping someone out there has experienced the same issue and found a solution.

    I have been experiencing this same issue for about a week. Any manual activities I logged through the app are also not syncing to my watch or logging in the intensity minutes. i have restarted the watch multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the app, but to no avail I’m still experiencing issues
