So when you tap in the text box, the keyboard does not come up? If that's the case, I would uninstall the app, restart the iPhone, then install the app. Latest version as of November 22nd is 4.37.1. If still no joy, suggest contacting Garmin Support. via chat or phone call.
Hi all, I've upgraded to a Forerunner 245 and am trying to pair it with my Garmin Connect app. I can get to the point where a code is displayed on the watch screen but I cannot type the code into the provided "Bluetooth pairing Request" popup. I click the text entry field but the keyboard never pops up. I've tried reinstalling the app but no success. iPhone 11, latest OS.
