Updated UI for training status is indistinguishable for people with colour blindness

Is there anyway to revert to the previous UI for training status or toggle an accessibility setting? For those of us who are colour blind it’s impossible to distinguish between the red and green colours.

I have the same problem with the current UI. With 1/20 males colour blind I know I am not the only one.
