I can't get my Fenix 5 plus to connect to my new iPhone 12 Pro Max

I upgraded my iPhone yesterday to the 12 Pro Max. Now no matter what I do including all the troubleshooting steps, I can't connect my watch and phone. Please help! I'm running iOS 14.2.1
Thanks! Turns out even though I removed the watch from my old phone I still needed to 'forget this device' in bluetooth. Yay it's connected thanks so much
