Cannot save after editing an activity

After a gym session I edit the activity. It is not allowing me to save the edits.

I have exactly the same issue. Had to go to the website and make the changes there.

Say it will not be saved! Issue since mid-November iOS-14.2 software update. Apple says it’s not them.
