Connect 4.37 no longer syncing with with Apple Health.

This morning (I’m in Europe), 13. Nov 2020, Garmin Connect had updated to v4.37 overnight.

Now Connect will sync with my Approach S60 and my Index Smart Scale, but not with Apple Health - and what’s more, all the previous data for the last few years have been deleted from Apple Health as well. The data is in Connect, but not in Health.

    Same issue here too. 

  • Same issue all Health data gone. I am feed up with Garmin disregarding this as a non issue.

  • Before this upgrade, walking/run distance imported in health was junk (double counting).

    now data lost.

    My opinion is each release introduce more and more issues, no sense. When Garmin will spend time to fix their app? It needed to review in any feature

  • Yes, when I flagged up that the distance and active energy were not loading correctly they told me to contact Apple. Garmin don’t seem to be willing to work on the problems with the app and fix it properly. Though this time it’s obviously their issue since it didn’t delete the data until after the update. 

    Hopefully if enough people contact them about it they’ll actually sort the problem

    My Apple Health doesn’t pick up data (sleep, resting heart rate, steps, etc) from Garmin Connect apps for the past 2 days.

    Can someone help to resolve this issue as soon as possible?

    I have had this same issue for about a week. Tried numerous fixes but nothing came of it. When I check the steps data in the Health App It’s empty, even though all the toggles are on. I’ve restarted and reset my phone, logged in and out of connect, deleted the app, and nothing works. The ONLY temporary success I had was deleting the app and making a new account. Steps data then showed up in the Health App only to disappear 30 minutes later. Let’s get a fix here Garmin - it’s clearly a connect issue as it’s not sending to other apps as well.
