Connect 4.37 no longer syncing with with Apple Health.

This morning (I’m in Europe), 13. Nov 2020, Garmin Connect had updated to v4.37 overnight.

Now Connect will sync with my Approach S60 and my Index Smart Scale, but not with Apple Health - and what’s more, all the previous data for the last few years have been deleted from Apple Health as well. The data is in Connect, but not in Health.

    Same issue with Garmin Connect 4.37.0.28 on iOS 12.4.9.

    I have already seen a problem with sleep sync since two month ago, but now we are talking about all the data (steps, floors, weight, ...).

    This is very annoying because the collected data in Apple Health are used by other third parts' apps for many challenges.

    Moreover it seems that the data have been removed from the passed days too.

    Same issue. After the latest update to the Garmin Connect app, it deleted all its data in Apple Health.

    Experiencing the same issue on iOS 14.2 since yesterday. Steps are no longer in Apple health which is very frustrating since I am also taking part in a challenge with my health insurance.

    Hey there...I was fine until yesterday and now all my old data is gone and there is no new data syncing. I was on 14.1 and during this I updated to 14.2 and that didn’t solve anything.

    Currently iOS 14.2 deleted garmin connect mobile several times, even deleted apple health entries, reinstalled, one time the entries were back,  but pnly for a few hours... i have seen this previously, garmin seems to screw it up on their side :-( 

  • Same problem here. Stuff like water and sleep update, but steps, weight, heart rate, etc. doesn’t update. As with others, historic data missing too.

    I was already on IOS 14.2 and working fine until Garmin update yesterday.

    After updating to IOS14/14.1/14.2 the Connect app no longer syncs data to the health app. Not sure what to do at this point - have tried a number of things.

    The data come back. But only for the last month. How can we recover past data?
