Hey guys
I've been using the 245music for running and strength training workouts and notice on the Garmin Connect app we can provide a "How did you feel" rating and RPE rating. I think these are really useful tools and potentially can inform the recovery metrics, body battery etc. but it appears they only apply to running workouts? (Not other workouts, or at least not strength training?).
Am I missing something or do these only apply to some workout types?
