10km with Jeff, last couple of weeks low load?

Just approaching the end of the 10 km training plan with Jeff.

i have about 2/3 weeks to go and completed the 20 x 800 metres speed repeats. 

i can see from next week that I am going to just be doing the cadence + acceleration / glider drills. Surely that is so light as to be pointless? Did anyone else tag on more of a workout for these ones?
