Vivomove 3 and iPhone,iOS 14.1 Bluetooth problems.

My vivomove 3 and my iPhone,iOS 14.1, have Bluetooth problems. If I switch the Bluetooth off, on the phone,on the watch or on both of them, the watch hands mark 00.00 and it turns itself off.

    I have had problems for weeks now with my vivomove HR, the bluetooth connection between my watch and iphone just suddenly stopped working. I tried to remove the watch from garmin connect to reconnect it, but now the app just says my watch isn´t in bluetooth pairing mode. I feel like I have tried everything, it´s super frustrating having to sync the watch with my MacBook all the time instead of my phone automatically doing it. I also bought this watch to see my notifications without having my phone on me at all times, so this is super annoying. Hope someone has a solution to this issue.
