IPhone update at night & missing heart rate ️

Hi.... My IPhone did the latest update at around 2am this morning...... I have missing heart rate on my Garmin forerunner 235 & my Garmin connect app from 2.06am until 2.36am. Will this be due to my iPhone updating? Many thanks, cx
