Old layout

I still hv the old layout, but as per system info the newest version! Tried everythin, new download etc but doesnt work! Can anyone help? IOS, garmin connect

It is the same design as in the image from your app.

Do you see any difference?

The heart rate is displayed differently because of your device. It probably doesn't support real time heart rate to be sent…

Uninstall app, restart iPhone, install app.

Can you post a screenshot of what this old layout looks like? Best to contact Garmin Support if reinstalling doesn't work.

Ok understand! I hv Iphone 7! Girlfriends mobile iphone 7 has same layout like me, but colleauge has the one I sent... if it is because of device its clear, thnx for support
