iPhone disconnects and will not connect

How is it possible that a brand like Garmin can make such a terrible connection with Apple? Honestly I´m not very happy about my Garmin Vivoactive 4S in the first place, but now that I went from Android to iPhone, it has proven it self to be absolutely useless. I am really disappointed. My watch disconnected from my iPhone 11 Pro, and now its impossible to reconnect. 

Does anyone have similar experiences or tips to what might help?
