I see my run on my watch and when I sign in on my computer but it will not appear on my phone app and won't send to Strava. I have syched but that doesn't seem to work either? As well, the changes I make on the computer when signed in do not synch with the app on my iphone. Please help.

Some fit files can be fixed by FIT File Tools, using the section remover without any adjustments. I tested your file to verify that this will work - [solved]

OK I got it now.
The issue with your FIT file was that there was one record with erroneous GPS data. I removed it using FFRT.

Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page.
As mentioned earlier, Forerunner models 25, 30, and 35, with their limited storage capacity, seem to be susceptible these problems.
