Garmin Connect app on i phone is connected to Edge Explore but cannot synch and fails to upload the rides. This is new, never had the problem before. Have ‘forgotten’ and reinstalled the device but no success. Any tips? Thanks

Is this all rides or specific rides? To at least get your rides synced, you can use Garmin Express.
Another option is to manually upload to Garmin Connect Web. See this thread and answer: All activities are not uploading to Garmin Connect. Bike ride won't upload (is in history on 935). Run completed after ride uploaded fine.

I haven’t been able to load SUP session activity data today to ConnectApp. Was working yesterday afternoon for SUP session. Syncing of rest of data fine and can see it in watch history.
Also, on Sunday was unable to load activity data to SwimPro - haven’t had issues before - has watch for nearly three months.
Also have reloaded both Apps and turned watch and phone off numerous times
What happens when you try to upload using Garmin Connect Web? Is there an error message?
