No connection

My fenix 6s sapphire will not connect to my iPhone. I reset the watch to manufacturer settings and when I go back into connect app to pair with my phone, the pairing is unsuccessful. 

  • When trying to fix pairing issues, make sure you're following these steps:

    • Remove device from Garmin Connect
    • In iOS Bluetooth settings "forget" fenix 6s
    • Restart phone
    • Restart watch
    • Pair using Garmin Connect, not with iOS settings.
