My plan got stuck weeks 7-9 with no runs longer than 40 minutes. I had to cancel it. I tried pausing, changing settings. Some much more challenging/appropriate runs showed up when I switched to 5 days training, but disappeared when I went back to 4. I ended up quitting the plan. Garmin, please fix this problem! It seems to happen to lots of people, particularly if they have made adjustments like rescheduling or deleting workouts.
