Heart Rate Stats Graph Scale

Maybe it's just me but the scale of the Heart Rate data found in the health stats really annoys me, I've been hoping for a while that they would improve this. The Active and Resting heart rate trend is shown on the same graph, which means the scale needed to accommodate both sets of data makes it impossible to identify meaningful trends for Resting Heart Rate.

It would be good to choice which data point you want to view individually. For me RHR is much more of an important metric to track and monitor.

  • It’s not just you...I was beginning to think it was just me. Yeah; I wouldn’t mind having everything on the same graph if they were to show grid lines at smaller intervals, and going down low enough so that I can see what my heart rate actually was...the lowest grid line that shows up on my chart is 100 bpm. Not really good for showing me whether my HR was 55 or 60 BPM while I was sleeping.

Garmin, please make this update to the chart - it would help very much!

  • I feel exactly the same way!

Garmin please fix this. The RHR metric is much more use than the max HR value but displaying the together means that you can't remember see the RHR trend.

  • I recently updated the app, and although the graph still looks pretty much the same, I was happy to see that you can now drag your finger along the results and it will show the bpm for each data point. Thought I’d pass this info along.

  • I was just sitting down and my watch started buzzing “abnormal hear rate” Stress levels through the roof. Ridiculous - worse so, none of my recent activities are saving to connect but heart rate stats acknowledge the activities. My vivo, Venice and forerunner are all dog ***.

  • Same for me. Please Garmin habe the Graph scaled to actual measured data.
