Garmin Connect App Unavailable in Country/Region

Hi, I bought a Garmin Vivosmart 4 in Theodist today. I tried downloading the Garmin Connect app from AppStore but it’s saying app unavailable in your country/region. I’m in Papua New Guinea. Please help! Thanks.

A possible workaround would be to use a VPN on your phone to change your location to another country so that Apple will allow you the APP.
