Can ride data from Tacx app be uploaded to Garmin

I’m using the Tacx app for indoor rides. I haven’t found a way to upload the data to Garmin. Can this be done?

From memory you need to set tacx to export either to strava or as an emailed Tcx file. You can then manually import the tcx file to garmin connect
