There seems to be no wallet available on devices page. How can I install Garmin pay Fenix 5x

Did you click your device and look at the device page? It isn't clear in your description when you write "devices page" which is the page that lists all devices.

Hi, I go into "more" bottom right and find devices then click on my watch

I just noticed, that you are asking for Garmin pay on Fenix 5x - you need a Fenix 5x Plus.
