Fenix 1 to iPhone Garmin connect sync issue: No activities are showing up.

I have paired my Garmin Fenix 1 (Software version 5.00) with my iPhone 6s (iOS 13.7) using Bluetooth. Connects and syncs apparently well with Garmin Connect app on the iPhone (arrows are spinning and getting "green"), but I can not see any activities showing up. I have scrolled through this forum and see that many have similar issues on newer Fenix models, but I could not find any thread with the Fenix 1 series. Anyone else having similar issues? Thanks for any advice on how to solve this!

Are you able to sync with Garmin Express? What do you see on Garmin Connect Web?

No, I´m not able to sync with Garmin Express, or rather, it connects well with USB cable, sync looks OK (green rotating arrows), but same issue in Garmin Connect Web: no activities are showing up. The only way is to import the gpx file manually on Garmin Connect Web. But I would like to avoid that.

I have the same problem with it. I have a Fenix 1, but Garmin abandone us for ever. We need send our watches to the trash and buy at less a Fenix 5 to work well with Garmin Mobile Apps.

Not sure there are a lot of tech devices that continue to work after nearly 11 years (2012 release date). Nonetheless, can you try a manual upload.to Garmin Connect? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? | fēnix® | Garmin Customer Support

I mean, before there are mobile apps that connect my devises via BT to my iPhone. Now I must use USB only
