iOS mobile app notifications

Hi!

A few weeks ago I stopped receiving notifications from GC, like workout sync completed. Does anyone know some solution to fix it?

Everything in app settings, system notification settings, I have enabled.

edit: I found that I'm getting notification if someone comment my activity, but not when I complete my workout.

See this video. Walks you through removing and adding back Bluetooth, but needs to be a specific sequence. Follow that with restarting both your iPhone and Garmin device.

It doesn't help. Please notice - Im getting notifications for activity comments, so generally it works.

I noticed this too. After one of the recent updates I stopped getting Garmin Connect notifications that an activity was available to be viewed. I'm still getting other Garmin Connect notifications for badges and comments, just not the activity completed one. Maybe Garmin discontinued it?

It looks like this issue has been fixed in the latest iOS update. I downloaded version 4.36 of the Garmin Connect Mobile app this morning and after that received notifications after I completed my workouts that my activity was available to view in the app. Glad to have these back! By the way, I took seilogramp's suggestion to contact Garmin Support about this and had a nice chat with Ashley on October 2nd but she was unable to help fix the problem so I didn't bother posting then.
