Training plan not syncing with Fenix 5

I have created numerous custom running plans on Garmin connect and none of them are syncing to training plan section in my phone ?

this seems to be a reoccurring issue after reading quite a few forums.

how can this be fixed ?

Hi, are you having some customised training/workout plans on your Garmin watch? try to delete some of the workouts from your watch. Then try syncing again with Garmin Connect apps to get your new customised workouts into your watch. It worked on my Vivoactive 3 Music.

Running Training plan are not displaying on my mobile app. It dies cycling plan

Only (Running) Garmin Coach Plans are visible on the mobile app. If you are looking for a traditional (non-coach) training plan, you will need to use the Garmin Connect website to view those plans.
