Personal record not showing in list

I ran a 10k PR but it doesn’t appear in the list of PRs to update from, even though it is clearly faster than those listed. Any ideas why this would be please? Thanks

Check the web interface to see if there are any new PRs to accept: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/personal-records

If you don't see it then add it manually in the web interface. Go to the activity, click…

Thanks very much - it wasn’t listed as a record for me to select but I have been able to manually set it in the web interface using your instructions.
