Not pairing or syncing vivoactive 3 since last app update.

Since the latest app update. I have updated IOS and updated the app but now I can not get my vivoactive 3 to pair to Bluetooth or sync. Have done all the trouble shooting ideas a number times turning off Garmin the phone and signing out of app. Still not working.
