September challenges - activities not counting

Hello,

I have noticed that running activities and walking activities are not counted towards “September rundown challenge” and “September 16 hours of walking challenge” for me.

Last 2 weeks I was on “August rundown challenge” and it worked perfectly...

Anybody else experiences the same issue?

Just tried editing the activity, and now it’s being counted. Thanks for the suggestion Andy

Ok, i solved it... what i did was to get her out of the challange and then accept it again and it counted both the distance and the time for the challange.

Hi

I have the same issue with my “September 16 Hours of Walking Challenge”. My steps show up on my dashboard but I’m on my challenges. If anyone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.…

If you use the activity type "Track Me" it will likely be logged as "Other" in Garmin Connect. Select "Run" as activity type and it will be logged as running.
