40 miles run badge

Hello. I finished the 40 miles challenge on time, but I did not ger the badge. Can somebody help me? Thank you.

What distance did you run? A lot of people that got problems with these distance badges didn't run or ride the required distance. Don't run the exact distance. Always run a bit longer just to make sure…

I rode it on Sunday and got the badge on Monday evening

What distance did you run? A lot of people that got problems with these distance badges didn't run or ride the required distance. Don't run the exact distance. Always run a bit longer just to make sure you don't fail because of rounding or truncation of the distance required.

I'm using metric so I had to run 64.3 km and probably a few meters longer since 40 miles is 64.37376 kilometers.

Hi Milan

o had the same issue and also the 40k Bike ride completed both and both where not recognized, funny enough the 41,3k that I complete on Sunday counted on the 400k bike for August

Little annoying to be honest, but seems like Garmin has had issues lately

The 40 km biking badge got an error so you can't get that one on Sunday. To get that badge you must move the ride to Friday or Saturday.

It did count for the 400 km badge. I did my bike ride on Sunday and saw the exact same thing, but moved it to Saturday to get the 40 km badge.

I run 64,2 km, so maybe this is the problem. If I rewrite latest run, it will work?

It might work if you add 100-200 meters to one of your runs.

I did it, but it does not working. I add about 300-400 meters and nothing hapened.

I finished the 40km ride on Sunday ! When Garmin was on a maintenance break and it didn’t give me the badge after I cycled the 25 miles

Great! I've heard about a few other people that got their badges for rides on Sunday after contacting Garmin, so they might have fixed it now. I will still keep my ride on Saturday. I don't want to risk anything now :-)
