fenix 6 Pro iOs 13.6.1 message

Hello, he has such a problem. I own a Fenix 6 Pro watch and an iPhone 11 mobile phone with iOs 13.6.1
The problem is that (watch notification) works on everything just message don't show up on me. I tried everything. I have everything set up correctly and I removed and re-added the device in the garmin conect I was trying. It is strange that everything is displayed on the watch only sms still no and no.
Please does anyone have experience with this?

  • Seems to be a common issue. Not sure exactly how you removed and re-added your watch, but there is a specific sequence and certain steps that cannot be skipped.

    If you are having trouble receiving smart notifications, it is possible the device is not paired properly and needs to be re-paired.

    From Garmin Connect Mobile app on your iPhone

    • Tap "More" >> Garmin Devices >> Select your connected device
    • Tap 3-dot icon on the upper right >> Remove Device >> Remove
    • Close the Garmin Connect Mobile app

    Go back to the main menu on your iPhone

    • Open Settings >> Bluetooth
    • Under "MY DEVICES" tap the "i" icon to the right of your Garmin device
    • Tap "Forget This Device"
    • Restart your iPhone

    Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app

    • Tap the "+" icon in the upper right
    • Select your watch from the list of Garmin devices
    • Put your Garmin watch in Bluetooth pairing mode (This varies based on device, but should be in your manual)
    • Tap Start on the app and the iPhone
    • When prompted with "Bluetooth Pairing Request" enter the PIN (passkey) displayed on your Garmin device
    • When iPhone displays "Pairing Complete!" tap "Done"

    If still no joy, check the app permissions on your iPhone for the GC app.
