I got my Garmin 530 out of the box on Friday. I have attempted to sync to my phone for 3 days....will not sync, very frustrating! Ready to send back!
It is possible the device is not paired properly and needs to be re-paired.
From Garmin Connect Mobile app on your iPhone
Go back to the main menu on your iPhone
Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app
