traning information lost

Yesterday I update the app Garmin connect. After updating it took some while to have a connection between vivosport watch and my mobile phone ( iPhone)

After connection my training info of the last year disappeared , it is not visible anymore

Is is possible to retrieve this lost information ( it's the first time in 5 years it happend to me

It should not be lost. Make sure you've logged in with the same account you've always used. This is a common problem when installing on a new phone or re-installing the app. Check Garmin Connect Web

It's not a new watch or phone. It's done it again today

Have you looked on the Garmin Connect web site . Can you see all the details there?

Make sure signing in to the correct account. Maybe somehow a new account was created and the info is in another account related to another email?
