My deep sleep is not correct.WHene i go into it first thing in the morning,it is like a hour and something,when i go into my garmin connect on my iphone again a bit ater,it shws very little,or like this morning,no deep sleep at all.I have a fenix s5.And have a iphone 6S.Yesterday night i drank a light sleeping pil,should it not have increased my deep sleep a bit?MY REM sleep is almos the same amount of time as my light sleep.I did change my sleep time frrom 9:45pm until 6:45am.And it made no difference.Any ideas why this is happening?
